and Carrie Musgrove – Owners Mike’s background is in finance and analysis. Carrie’s
background is psychotherapy, holding a Master’s Degree in Psychology. With
these qualifications could there be a more obvious career choice than opening
a restaurant? |

Keith
Hicks – Executive Chef Keith has paid his dues, studying under Wolfgang Puck and
holding down kitchen duties for some of the most popular fine dining
establishments in the area. Now it’s his turn. The most unique menu in Fort Worth has taken
the Metroplex by storm. Comfort food taken to a new level with Keith’s
signature “pinch of your mama” will dance on your tongue! |

Chad
Sessom – General Manager Chad is a veteran of the service industry. He has held
bartending and management positions in some famous Fort Worth destinations.
He has been with Ovation since before it was opened to the public and learned
he is MUCH better providing great customer service than swinging a hammer… |

Billy
Kidd – Sous Chef You can get more with a smile and a knife than you can with just
a smile. Billy comes back to us with
years of experience under some of the finest chefs in the Metroplex. Billy brings wonderful flavors and
brilliant presentations to every plate while assisting with the day to day
kitchen operations. And did we mention he’s a brand new proud papa?!? |

Wanda
Blair – Floor Hostess, Vice President of Personality Wanda is a fixture at Ovation. Having spent several years at the
City Club she actually knows the name (first and last) of every person in
Greater Fort Worth and most of Dallas. She has the remarkable ability to turn
anybody’s bad day into a good one with a smile and a hug. Come on in and let
her work her magic! |

Tim
Weirich – Manager/Head Server Tim brings nearly 20 years experience in the service industry,
working at a number of fine dining restaurants in the Chicagoland area. He has held serving, bartending and
management positions and returns to Fort Worth as a wonderful asset to
Ovation. Ask him anything you want to
know about wine…go ahead, ask him! |

Austin
Patton – Jedi Master Austin is using the force to suspend a drink shaker in mid-air!
Unfortunately, the ice and the liquid contents of the shaker did NOT suspend
in mid-air, forcing Austin to make a hasty retreat to the men’s room for a
change of underwear. |

Amanda
Ybarra – Server/Hostess Amanda has extensive training in the bed and breakfast
industry. She has easily made the
transition to restaurants and whether she is serving or hosting, she is a
true professional. Hopefully, she’ll
be attending college for the next 10 years so she is a permanent fixture at
Ovation. |

Rob
Stow - Bartender Rob has a long history in the hospitality industry holding both
server and bartending positions in San Diego and Fort Worth. Here, Rob demonstrates the proper way to hold
a bat whether playing for the San Diego Padres or the Texas Rangers. |

Martin
Dominguez - Busser Martin has been with Ovation since its opening. You’ll often see him sprinting around the
restaurant. Here, Martin prepares to
step into Ovation’s top secret research laboratory. |
