Opening Acts   

 

 

Flash Fried Shrimp

Topped with serrano peppers, garlic lemon butter sauce and parsley oil drizzle.  $8

 

Fried Green Tomatoes

With fried egg, grilled ham, red eyed gravy and béarnaise sauce.  $8

 

Keith’s Gumbo

A cup of shrimp, crab, crawfish, alligator, chicken and Andouille sausage gumbo mixed with white rice.  $6

 

Chopped Salad

Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce blended with tomato, onion, applewood smoked bacon, egg, blue cheese crumbles and jalapeno ranch dressing. $6

 

House Salad

Mixed greens, red onion, cucumber, yellow tomatoes, croutons, parmesan cheese and a chipotle raspberry vinaigrette.  $6

Well seasoned deep fried chicken, served with collard greens, Belgian waffles topped with blueberry and cinnamon infused butter, maple syrup and covered with sweet potato fries.  $15  Add $2 for all white meat.

 

Shrimp and Grits

Shrimp with The Holy Trinity served with 2 eggs over easy, jalapeno cheese grits and red eyed gravy.  $15

 

Baked Chicken

Chicken baked with fresh herbs, served with cornbread dressing, green beans and cranberry coulis.  $15

 

BBQ Ribs

Served with potato salad, greens and cornbread.  $15

 

Fried Catfish

Hand battered catfish, fried to perfection with collard greens, sweet potato coulis, hushpuppies and Remoulade sauce.  $13

 

Ox Tails

Braised oxtails with stewed tomatoes and okra on a bed of jambalaya.  $16

 

Pork and Beans

Grilled pork chops served over red beans, rice and braised apples.  $15

 

Fettuccini Alfredo

Fettuccini tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce with pancetta and green peas.

Pot Roast

Slow roasted in Grandma’s gravy with smashed potatoes, baby carrots Brussels sprouts and sour dough toast.  $14

 

Steak and Eggs

5 ounces of juicy Tenderloin with a three egg cheese omelet, mushroom, pepper and onion mix and fried potatoes and onions.  $19
